Why you might need a quarry screen
Quarry screeners are a crucial part of the mining process, used for separating aggregate sizes with speed and ease. They can either be fed by crushers or used before crushing as a prescreen.
You can buy machines individually, or we can help you assemble a complete quarry crushing and screening line, for producing asphalt-grade aggregate in commercial quantities.

Our most popular screens
The Sandvik QA450 is a triple deck screen which has an extra side conveyor which enables the screen to produce up to four product materials at one time. Alternative triple deck screeners are the Powerscreen Chieftain 2100, Finlay 694 and the updated version of the QA450, the Sandvik QA451.
These machines are normally required for producing stone for asphalt, where 4 different aggregate sizes are needed.
The QE340 is the same as an Extec E7 and is a primary scalping screen designed for rough and heavy work such as medium-size blast face product or recycling and demolition waste. Alternatives to the E7 are the Finlay 883 and the Powerscreen Warrior 1400.
The Sandvik QA451 is a triple deck double screen which is capable of high production due to its large screening area and an oversize conveyor which features hydraulic raise and lower slew functions for ease of use.
The QA451 also has hydraulically folding walkways for easy set up and maintenance, allowing quick setup times on site. 3-way screeners include the midsize Powerscreen Chieftain range (1400 and 1800) and the Finlay 693.
