Used self-loading concrete mixers for sale
Self-loading concrete mixers are essential for sites that need more concrete than small manual mixers could handle, but where a concrete batching plant would be wasted – their concrete capacity is between 1 and 4 cubic metres.
Self-loading, mobile concrete mixers are used to load the aggregate and cement into the mixer, mix the concrete to the correct mixture, and deliver and pour the concrete.
These small mixers are usually 4-wheel-drive as they are designed for on-site use, where rough terrain is the norm. This also give assurances that the concrete can be delivered to any point on the site.
Self-loading mixers work on the system of a rising hopper, which places the concrete ingredients into the drum of the mixer. The mobile concrete mixer both loads, mixes, and delivers the concrete itself – you just need to drive it where it’s needed.
Popular self-loading concrete mixers
Excellent for small site work, the Dieci N2400 and Fiori DB250 can both load themselves and are also transportable.
They’re ideal for small construction sites on projects such as housing or pylons for electrical lines, where lower amounts of concrete are needed than with large sites.
