Here at Sigma Plantfinder, we’ve been watching the Corona Virus situation very carefully and we’ve been talking to our suppliers and customers and at the moment we want to let you know that it’s business as usual. Please see below a few comments from our CEO regarding the current trading conditions and how we are coping with them.
Our Team
Our team are all healthy and well and our office is fully open. If the UK government asks us to close our office, we are all operating on cloud-based systems including our machinery databases and our phone systems so we will continue to work for you at home if needed.
Travel and machine viewing
Travel is tough right now especially into and out of Europe. To combat this, we’ve put together a special offer around machinery inspections. We know that our clients like to buy with confidence, so we’ve got agreements with franchised dealers all over the world for manufacturers inspections on any of our piling or drilling machinery.
This means that if you want us to get a full inspection done by the manufacturer on any machine on our list, we can get this done on a fast track basis. This will give you an accurate, unbiased, third party report on the machine conducted by the manufacturers themselves so you can complete the deal with confidence.
Furthermore, as a gesture of solidarity, if you proceed to purchase the machine from us, we will knock the cost of the inspection off the price of the machine, so you don’t lose out.
International Shipping
We are pleased to report that all our international shipping routes are fully open with no delays or cancellations. Our goods are flowing freely between continents and all EU wide road transport is till operating and in place
